Walter is definitely not your typical voice actor! Walter was born and raised in Southwestern Connecticut and relocated to central North Carolina in 2004 after transferring within a federal law enforcement agency.  Now a retired law enforcement officer with a comprehensive grasp on reviewing and understanding copy with a focused attention to detail, Walter always delivers the highest quality product to his clients.  Walter is a non-union talent residing in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.  Whatever the project, he always delivers a professional product with the goal of surpassing the needs of every client.
